Introducing: Content
Content is a Dubstep DJ Hailing from Dartford, NW Kent (UK) to be exact Latitude = 51.44630, Longitude = 0.27691. He is one of the scene’s rising stars, with an ability & stage presence that has seen him grace the decks at clubs like Fabric, Matter, M.O.S, Corsica Studios and XOYO as well as various festivals and European dates. More recently Content has turned his hand to producing his own forward thinking bass fuelled music. When he plays expect a platter dark twisted bass-lines from scene favorites like Cyrus and Kryptic Minds and fresh faces like Benton and Shredexx, mixed in his usual meticulous attention to detail, creatively carved up and packed full of bass energy.

Content aka Tony, 26 and a producer of the deeper, darker side of dubstep, has, unbelievably, only been producing since March of this year. He’s been friends with well-known producer Benton for awhile, and he’d been pressuring him to get into production. “I wasn’t to keen on the idea but eventually I thought I might as well give it a crack.” So, January of this year he bought a Mac and bought a few parts he needed and then kept buying things until he had a studio in March. “Benton helped me out alot showing me the basics really and I’ve gone from there.”

Content uses Logic 9 with various Plugins and sample packs. He take influences from all the music he listen too. “People influencing what I do at the moment are Catacombs, Benton, Organics, District & Sleeper, Thelem and alot of the stuff Youngsta plays.”
Content has his first release coming on Innamind due out 27th Dec called Shadows Formed EP. With tracks Forewarned and Oxygen Shadows (listen above).
