Sam King aka Arkwright, is a 19 year old producer from Watford who’s been producing for about a year and a half. He actually got in producing just dabbling in music while bored at work. But after downloading a fl8 he realised he really enjoyed. At the moment he’s using FL10 and massive and has a forthcoming EP entitled “Darwin’s Bass Odyssey”. It was going to be self released but there’s label interest in it. He’s also involved with Underneath the Pyramid, which does a fortnightly podcast of exclusive tunes www.soundcloud.com/UTPmovement. Arkwright draws influence from alot of dubstep producers, but he says the producers that actually got him into producing himself are High Contrast and Dj Fresh.
